We source and roast our coffees in Lund since 2009. We strive to have longterm relationships with our producers and partners in order to build a sustainable supply chain. We look for unique and natural expressions of terroir in our coffees and high quality craftmanship at farm level. Coffees are brought home seasonally.
We roast every coffee with a unique profile on a handbuilt, manual drum roaster. Every week we do sensory analysis of the production in order to sustain our level of quality. This is key to our business. We hope you enjoy the final result!
