Santa Ana

BIO: This farm is one out of two from the Antis coffee farmers that we’ve committed to longterm.  For this harvest we encouraged different water practises when washing to improve quality and tap the potential of the coffee. The result is so good!

CUPPING NOTES: Aromas of vanilla, toffee and fudge. Very sweet with notes of dark plums, white flowers and fresh cherries. Full bodied and complex.
