We source this coffee with the help of Colombian green coffee company Antis Coffee. They work with a group of farms dedicated to produce specialty coffee and focussed to gather micro-lots from 84 to 90 points. They are present throughout the whole production chain, in order to provide traceability of their work from the time the coffee bean is planted until the bags are shipped to us.
