Our Christmas brew is a blend of 50% Brazilian Recreio and 50% Ethiopian Sasaba.

Recreio: is a family owned farm belonging to the Machaedo family. Diogo is the 4th generation producer in this family and his farm has continuously delivered impressive coffee for a long time. The farm is situated on a slightly higher altitude than most farms in the area which helps during maturation but also gives a controlled post harvest processing due to lower temperatures.
As early as 2005 the farm won the Cup of Excellence in Brasil and continue to strive towards excellence within the specialty coffee segment. We are now showcasing our 4th season with this producer and look forward to the years ahead.

Sasaba: This coffee is sourced by Trabocca who have been working with the station since 2012. They saw great potential and started a long term relationship. The results are outstanding.

We buy this coffee with the help of our partners Trabocca who frequently visits the farm and support the progress. From origin the coffee will reach it´s destination in Amsterdam where it is stored for us in a newly built climatic controlled warehouse. This keeps the coffee fresh and in excellent condition when we bring it home to Lund continuously throughout the year.
