What Shipping Methods Are Available?
For domestic (Swedish) orders we have a guaranteed next day and standard DHL Express, otherwise there is one standard delivery through DHL Global Mail. Check our shipping page for estimated delivery times and rates.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship world wide, with free shipping for orders over 250kr, otherwise standard shipping is 65kr in the EU and 100kr to the rest of the world. More information can be found on our shipping page.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If you need to pause your subscription just login to your account and head over to Subscriptions section where you can
review and pause your subscription. You will not be charged for future months until you reactivate your subscription.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We use Stripe to process payments and accept all major cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes! All communications between your browser and the website are encrypted using a https certificate or SSL (secure sockets layer).
ORDERS AND RETURNS
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you have a subscription you can cancel or change your plan by visiting Subscriptions in My Account. If you have placed a one time order and need to make a last minute change email email@example.com, if we are yet to ship your order we can make changes including the cancelling of your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope. You can either create an account for the first time or opt out of saving your details should you wish.
How Do I Track My Order?
Note that order tracking is not available with our free shipping including DHL Global Mail.
How Can I Return a Product?
Returns are only accepted on non-perishable goods such as equipment. Please don’t send us back coffee, if there was an issue we can replace the coffee without the need for returns.
