For the past 17 years, we’ve supplied both the enthusiast and industry professional with stellar coffees. To us, it’s all about discovering and highlighting the flavours and aromas that make the most complex and diverse natural beverage in the world. We are natives of the restaurant business: sommeliers, bartenders, all sharing and understanding the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience. When it comes to great coffee and great service we’ve got you covered.
We only do specialty coffee. Why? Because we believe in this trade model as the most sustainable form of coffee trade to ensure the quality of life long term for the farmer, you and the environment. High quality is the foundation that drives us and our partners forward.
We buy our coffees from people we know and trust, people who share the same values regarding human and environmental ethics. Sometimes we buy directly from the farmer, sometimes we need help from a friend. Every coffee has its own unique story and we believe in sharing these stories. We believe in transparency and for that reason, you can always read about the specific origin, production, supply chain and roast profile of all our coffees.
THE COFFEE BAR
Our bar is the natural meeting point for coffee-lovers.
We have something to offer every palate and we respect that we all have individual preferences. Espresso, pour-over, batch-brew, with milk, no milk, cold-brew, take-away, pastries, whatever it may be – we brew and serve with a passion for what we do.
In the shop, all our coffees are available for sale as whole bean or ground just the way you like it.
We roast our coffees manually on a hand-built drum roaster.
Every coffee has its individual roast profile and on the cupping table, we decide if we’ve done the coffee justice.
A set profile is re-checked every week through sensory evaluation to maintain the expected profile.
This sensory evaluation is key to everything we do.

The founder of Love Coffee Roasters who has been in specialty coffee for over 17 years. A former bartender, Daniel is a qualified sommelier. Obsessed with aromas and flavours, Daniel is always looking for stellar coffees and new friendships. You might bump into him at our bar, otherwise, he’s busy roasting or helping our wholesale clients with their coffee service.
When he’s not hard at work, he’s most likely skateboarding or thinking about coffee.
Swedish Barista Champion 2004 and 2008.
4th place at the World Barista Championship 2008.
”I’m not a hipster”. This guy devotes his time to the latest sneakers, is a full-blown craft beer pro/collector, loves natural wines and blasts 90’s hip-hop throughout his production days. We are convinced he gave birth to a whole generation of bearded people with a preference for the handcrafted and artisan. What we really like about him is that he’s a super cool guy and a great roaster. Full focus with no BS.
This guy is constantly unravelling new sides of himself to us. Apart from being a very talented cartoon artist, he spends his time “diggin’ in the crates” collecting vinyl and is always on the lookout for musical input. Of course, he’s a DJ and radio host as well. Calm and focused to bring you stellar coffees and top notch service behind the bar.
Cerinda von Heiroth
Cerinda is our newest crew member,” The Young Gun”. Fast and efficient she´ll get your coffee sorted in a heartbeat. Also she’s shown great potential when it comes to sensory analysis. The force is strong with this one. When she’s not working coffee bar she’s working nightclub bar or making sure her plants grow and thrive.
“I’m in the band!”. Alex is one of our head baristas spreading love behind the bar. Always very cool and relaxed with his mind contemplating the big questions of life.
When not delivering stellar coffees behind the bar he’s probably playing the guitar or rehearsing with his band. He brings the cool to our bar.
